Shipping Policy
Overview
We’re a small-batch, family-run shop based in Eastern Oregon. Every order is packed
with care and shipped via UPS.
Where We Ship
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
• If you need shipping outside the U.S., contact us before ordering and we’ll let you
know what’s possible.
Shipping Carrier
• UPS only (we do not ship via USPS or other carriers at this time).
Processing Time (Before It Ships)
Because our products are handcrafted, we may be finishing batches while orders come
in.
• In-stock items: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order / small-batch items: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact
you with an estimated ship date.
Shipping Rates
• Free shipping on all U.S. orders $35+ (before tax, after discounts).
• Orders under $35: shipping is calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time (After It Ships)
Transit times vary by location and season. Most UPS deliveries arrive within 2–7
business days after shipment.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship
it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Packages or Shipping Issues
We pack carefully, but if something arrives damaged or there’s a shipping issue:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a photo of the damage (product + packaging).
We’ll make it right with a replacement depending on the situation.Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package:
• Check around your delivery area and with neighbors.
• Contact UPS to start a trace.
• Then contact us and we’ll help however we can.
