Products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so order carefully.

Due to the nature of our products we are not able to refund purchases or exchange items.  If there is something wrong with your order that was caused during shipping please reach out to us, we want to make it right.  

Please double check your shipping address when ordering products. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned orders with incorrect shipping information. Orders marked “DELIVERED” by USPS or other carrier and claimed to be not received are not the responsibility of Country Man Candle and Care LLC.

Please note any and all of our ingredients that we use in our products are for bathing/body purposes and are not safe to be consumed in any way.
